Follow the steps to the dock with a Flo 3pce aluminum dock, and two older boat lifts of which are included. (they will not be put out this year) The fishing and swimming off the deck was enjoyed by this family for many years as the kids grew, and grandkids growing. There can be some furnishings included, some not. Fridge, stove, wood stove all included. Lots of parking off the street, easy access right out to main grid.
